Cayden joined the Bates & Myers Company in January 2023 as an Executive Assistant. In his role, Cayden provides administrative support to agents and brokers in the office, as well as managing the company social media.

Cayden brings a wealth of knowledge in management skills to Bates & Myers Company. Prior to joining Bates & Myers Company, Cayden worked as a food service manager, as well as a social media manager.

Cayden is currently attending the University of North Texas where he is studying to earn his BA in Journalism with a focus in Public Relations. Cayden is also obtaining a minor in Nonprofit Leadership Studies.

Cayden is actively involved in his hometown community of Waxahachie. Cayden has served on various committees for the WISD, as well as volunteering as the Coordinator for the annual WISD Stuff the Bus Donation Drive.

It is apparent that Cayden has a giving heart and the mindset of a leader, offering the work ethic that the Bates & Myers Company strives for.
