Tammy Winner has been an agent with the Bates & Myers Company for 25 years and worked as an executive secretary and manager in the real estate field since 1986, where she met and worked with Floyd Bates and Richard Myers. She has two sons, Brent and Ryan, and grandchildren, Dylan Drake, Peyton Ryan, Gavin, and Dylan Shane.

Tammy’s background and training has been in the secretarial field at the Department of Transportation and Illinois State Police for 13 years, continuously pursuing more skills throughout, in her field. In 1995, she began attending college and was thrilled to be asked to join Phi Theta Kappa Sorority and in 1997, decided to change her career course and obtain a real estate license.

In 1999, Tammy joined the Bates & Myers Company as a sale associate and manager and loves assisting not only her customer base, but Bates & Myers Company’s landlords and tenants with their various needs, as well as property management.
